You touch on a good point, one that I didn't mention but should have.
In addition to the basic IP address, there would likely be small bits
of configuration data (ie unit number, specific behavious modifiers,
etc) that would need to be sent. That's why I'm leaning towards the
PC/PDA configurator I think.
