I think I now can fully agree with the last sentence of Gerhard,
and maybe I'll wait just a moment,
because in my search I came across a number of problems with ENC28J60:
- problems with SPI clock, even at 10 MHz instability is reported
- exchange of +data and -data shouldn't affect correct working, but it does
