Not good for the rest of your body though, it's a type of chemotherapy in it's own right (for diabetes) That is a difficult question, Russell! I've never heard anyone say they were looking to gain wait. Maybe mashed potatoes for dinner and ice-cream for dessert? I hate to say it but maybe fat is the best way to gain weight without screwing up your blood sugar horribly (like any carbs will do) A lot of athletes eat large amounts of protein supplements.
