I think I have it installed, but this is all I see in terms of wga* files in the Windows directory tree: c:\windows>dir /sbf wga* C:\WINDOWS\WGA.log C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\cd6812fef1fd3e79d9350b24a76108f1\update\wga.cat C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\cd6812fef1fd3e79d9350b24a76108f1\update\wgacustom.dll None of this would have been deleted following your instructions. (FWIW and AFAIK, WINNT was the default name for the Windows directory for NT versions up to and including Win2k, but WinXP moved back to using WINDOWS as default name.)
