Thanks folks, but I did that (that's what the 'use' command does).

My error was more stupid than that. I had moved the division line for
the left pane to the left margin - so the pane was no longer visible :(
:( :(

Now for another question: in a previous version all libraries were
selected at startup, with the new version none are selected. Can I get
the previous behaviour back?
