Nope- random example along the lines of "Medical School of the Caribbean" or "St. Bart's Law School". It is, of course, an unfair generalization (maybe), but in the US people tend to view educations, particularly professional educations like law, medicine, and (presumably) engineering, with skepticism when the degree-granting institution is based in the Caribbean. Of course, I could call myself "The American Institute of Engineering Excellence" and start selling certificates of accreditation; names mean less than nothing- cross reference to "registered dog breeders" and you'll see what I mean.
