I don't know.  If it's been made public then it should be too hard to find I
would imagine.  If not then an application number wouldn't help anyway and
it may not be a good idea for me to go into details at this stage.

One part of the technology is described at http://www.embedinc.com/pfc.  The
other part is again implicitly calculating output load current and adjusting
the PFC to that in a way that is now confused by the output ripple that is a
necessary biproduct of the PFC function.
