Then it is not from Zilog Encore 4k series (using PA0 to PA5 for port pins).
It is not from Atmel Tiny series either (using PB0 to PB5).
It is not from Freescale QT series (using PTA0 to PTA5).
Atmel Tiny AVR has power from pin 4 and 8. Zilog and Freescale
has power from pin 1 and pin 8.

Maybe it is from a Taiwanese vendor.
