Do other vendors use RB* and RC* to label pin functions?

Power comes in on 5 and 8 for this part instead of 1 and 8.

I couldn't find a 8 pin PIC part with those power connections.

1 - RC0
2 - RC1
3 - RC2
4 - RC3
5 - VSS
6 - RB1
7 - RB0
8 - VDD
