Now I must say that Acer deserves a pat on the back. They repaired my *lightning* damaged notebook and covered 2nd day Fed-Ex shipping both ways. With a two-day factory turnaround. Under warranty. Coordinated through people who actually spoke my language as a first language. And who even answered my initial phone call on Memorial Day! I'm strongly considering buying the extended warranty as a thank-you. Great job Acer!
