Hi there,
Some one has donated to me an old  PICSTART 16B1 programmer, without 
any software.

I did a search on Microchip site and on Google without any luck, for 
the missing software.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

Or do you think the programmer is so obsolete it is not worth the 
bother.
