For your RPD board, use a few vias till create a rectangle. Then copy and paste the rectangle near the first rectangle. You have a double size rectangle now. Copy it again and paste it near the existing rectangle. You have a four size larger now. And so on till the eurocard is filled. When create the gerber use one layer so the vias metalisation will be lost. Smd pads with holes will generate error.
