I'm not too experienced with Eagle,
and I want to create a prototyping board,
mainly consisting of single sided pads, with  holes,
at a raster of 0.1 inch.
I need a double side board, because of some edge connectors.

I don't know what the best way to accomplish this.
I can think of using smd pads and place a hole over it,
but I'm sure it'll work.

What is the best solution.
