A superb 450 page (double spaced) 4.7 MB PhD dissertation. An attempt 
to take an objective and in depth look at the social and human factor 
aspects of the development of the V2 / A4 - how the developers came to 
accept the use of slave labour and all else that was necessary to 
operate the project. Presented 2005. University of Maryland.

While this may sound distant from technical aspects a quick skim shows 
that it contains much that would be of interest to engineers and 
rocketry enthusiasts in general. If you're also a student of human 
nature or have an interest in all things WW2 related it's an added 
bonus.
Some interesting photos that I've not seen before. Most B&W but 
largely excellent quality. One colour or perhaps colourised photo of a 
V2 in assembly. 20 odd pages of bibliography. Worth a look to many 
people.
