Is that to the plug-in or directly to a file ?

One of the first things I did in FF was to remove the
PDF plug-in, so clicking on a PDF link gives a dialog
to select "save to file" or to "open with Acrobat" (the real
one, not the plug-in).

Works fine now.

I don't know if the problems are specific to PDF's, but
I downloaded MPLAB 7.40 full ZIP distribution using
Firefox and a dialup internet connection yesterday.
Took several hours, but worked on first try...
