There never was, there isn't, and there never will be a shortage of evil emperors, comrades, and gurus (of various denominations). The problems begin when a sufficient minority (it is always a minority) start to follow the madman du jour and the *majority* do nothing about it. So this is not about a single person. This is about the sheep who did nothing against the rising evil.
