"the intention to DO harm is more significant" I do not understand this. There are many people who would dream of blowing up their boss or partner. They do not know how. The intent is there. How about a driver who just wants to get home as soon as possible and does not take a rest stop ? They fall asleep and *boom* , 4 people dead in another car. So please explain to me how intent is more significant than actually doing harm ?
