Can someone explain to me the significance of "E", "Q", and "QE" in 
jumper.lbr?

Why is JP1E using JP2E as its symbol?
Why is JP2E using JP3E as its symbol?

I'm trying to compile a custom library, and the naming convention doesn't 
make much sense to me.
