Does anyone happen to have a M68HC705JICS dev kit to program a M68HC705J1A micro?  Or have  access to the programming specs for the micro?

I have a conveyor controller that I need to make a replacement board for and it has a fried J1A. The OEM no longer supports the board and I need to make a copy from a good board.

I would be willing to purchase the dev kit or pay a fee for the programming service.
