It is clear that the trim strip next
to the turn signal has sagged from extreme
heat.  Since the other strips look okay, the
heat is localized.

--- One possibility is that you tailgate then have
to hit the brakes often causing excessive front
wheel braking heat.

thus I would give you a ticket for "abusive driving"

--- Next I might presume that you have run over several
old ladies and perhaps some babies.  The strip has bent down
due to the "bounce up" and the heat induced weakness.

thus I would give you a ticket for "vigilante population control"


--- The trim strip seems to suggest a "frowning or smirking" facial
expression on the car.

thus you would receive a ticket for "negative vehicular attitudism"


There a certainly more problems with this car
( strip may be extending 3.3 mm from side of car, thus impeding sight
    lanes )
( strip makes whistling noise reminiscent of Mitch Miller )
( strip is aerodynamically unsound leading to waste of resources )
