It received a traffic ticket today while parked as per photos.
Why do you think it did?
What do you think it said on the "citation".

All necessary information available in the photos.
The driveway belongs to a neighbour across and two doors up the
street.
They rang the local council who sent a traffic warden.

I shall be "commenting" to the council.
