I'm looking for a high power LED like a Luxeon III that has red green and blue dies in a single emitter unit.  Does anyone know where I can get something like this?  Ideally, it should be able to output at least 70-80 lumens of white with all 3 colors on comparable to a white Luxeon III.

The only referrence to such a device that I can find is here: http://wonderful-hk.en.alibaba.com/product/50144037/50664814/Xeon_High_Power_LEDs/RGB_High_Power_LED.html  and they seem to be a business to business site that will want to know how many shipping containers of them I want :)
