Hi all, This is probably a FAQ but a quick look didn't reveal much. Normally, when the WDT times out, it causes the PIC to reset. However, what does it do when the PIC is in sleep? Does execution continue with the instruction right after the SLEEP instruction when a WDT time out happens during sleep? I have a 16LF88 which seems to be doing this. The datasheet doesn't seem clear. It talks about interrupts causing execution to continue with the next instruction after SLEEP, but no discussion of exactly what happens with a WDT time out during sleep. Thanks for any help you can provide, Sean -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
