Hi List,

Since I started using Eagle a few years back, there was a bug in the library 
editor. When you open a device, there are two options for Value: On and Off.

Once I banged my head against the wall for a good hour trying to figure out 
why the device I just created refused to display the value. The culprit was 
a bug in Eagle: On means Off, and Off means On.

I just downloaded 4.16r1, and to my dismay the bug is still there! Could it 
be that CadSoft is not aware of the problem? If so, how do I tell them?
