For MPLAB supported HLLs the ICD2 is great.

Considering how "open" MCHIP is with alot of their tech, my only guess
is it's their legal eagles telling them they can't release the details.
It's possible there's certain tech involved in the ICD2 connection that
restricts them from making the info public, I'm not sure. That's my only
guess.
