Hi piclisters.

   Could anybody point me to a source on info (didactical, not 
datasheets) about the internal electronics of TTL digital devices? I 
find lots of info on general TTL stuff, projects - specs - etc) but the 
actual transistor-transistor action inside of them is mostly missing.
