I think I've the picture complete now,
and as I intend to only use HLL (indeed Vasile) it has no use whatsoever.

(and for the other thread, as I was developing a universal pic programmer,
as a module on the Rapid Prototyping Board, (developing = 5 resistors, 4 
capacitors + 1 FET ;-),
and I was considering if it should have an extra RJ11 connector for ICD)

What still amazes me is,
why does Microchip tries to keep the details of ICD so secret ?
