I have used ITT Cannon MIL38999 series in the past for IP67 rating in
automotive apps and a few of the connectors in this series come with PCB
mount pins that can be installed into the connector shell; not cheap though.

weatherpack connectors by packard.  They are cheap, have seals and can 
handle up to 20A.  I don't think this style comes in a PCB mount version 
though.  All my modules get potted and these connectors go on the leads 
flying out of the potting.  That way, everything under the chassis is 
weathertight.
