Search ebay for "graphic LCD" and you can find a number with about 5 1/4"
diagonal. A colleague picked up an Emerging Display Technology one which I
have acquired off him - does 240 x 128, which seems to be a standard. Others
are 1/4 VGA (320 x 240). Another favourite that seems to be on there at the
moment is Optrex.
