Oh, I don't know.  I picked up enough hints to build a mill.  Even he
admits that if you look at the pictures long enough you'll figure it
out.

He used to ship overseas, but decided it was to much hassle.  Can't
argue with that.  I'm in Australia, and they want to see ID before
they'll let you mail stuff overseas.  And I managed to 'randomly select'
myself for a bomb test at the airport yesterday, which I then managed to
fail.  Geez.  Tip: when picking a spot to put all your stuff while
putting your change/keys/watch etc back where they belong, don't pick
the table that says something like 'Explosives Testing Area'.
Especially when some bloke down the road is building bombs (true!).  And
they wouldn't let me look at the test wand thing.  Bastards.
