Today I just saw someone's servo-controlled eye mechanism. Essentially
the eyes and eyebrows of a face, controlled by six joysticks read by PIC
chips. The PICs read the joysticks, converted it into rs232, and then a
servo controller from parallax drove a dozen servo motors to control all
sorts of fine details. Nifty stuff, all homemade and very smooth.
