Quality limited only by the resolution of your brain and your printer. Overlay with "coverseal" plastic (or whatever brands sell where you are) as used for book covers - various grades available. Cut to size and shape. Fix with appropriate glue - good quality PVA works well on many plastics. This can accomodate "windows" of eg Mylar with suitable care. Results can be as good as many commercial products and certainly better than some/many things sold already. It's likely that eg 3M have an adhesive that would fix Mylar directly to your printed label with no ink run and full transparency.
