Yep. CENELEC EN50067. The American RBDS standard is freely available, but t=
he
CENELEC one you have to pay for. IIRC there's a cheaper "non printable"
version available from the RDS Forum.

The pretty extortionate copying charge, as is the case with most standards.
ISO are - in my experience - the worst for this. =A395 for a four-page docu=
ment
that just says "See CENELEC EN50067".
