The Apple ][ ran as sort of BASIC from rom by default, but I think
if you shelled out the big bucks and bought some floppy drives, you
got Apple DOS to go with them.  That might be wrong; it COULD be
what they called the OS that originally shipped with LISA or the
original MACs, before they came up with "MacOS"...
