  Now, 99.99% of these are not designed for building projects.  INK/Circuit Cellar is a hybrid in my mind, combining excellent electronics with a mix of new stuff with a mix of projects.  I wish I had time for projects.
   
  Most of the above trade rags sit on my desk for weeks...till I run thru them for interesting articles...tear out...pile....review again...toss....read...file....toss....and as mentioned can be subsribed for free for the proper creditials.
