Wayne always talked a good line. He was surprisingly competent at putting a magazine together but lacked a lot of the basic business skills that was needed. He bordered on being a con man. When I googled his name yesterday I was surprised that he was still alive and selling a form of snake oil. The last time I saw him was at a Peterborough party about 1988 or so. w..
