He has mad cow disease and he is afraid of spreading it by shipping a 
physical object across the Canadian border. Or he is afraid of catching 
mad cow disease through a PayPal transfer. This must be the lamest 
excuse ever heard or written. Can't he just write 'will ship to the 
continental US' like everyone else ?
