The PCBs they make have a $10 setup fee, and $2.50 per square inch for a double sided PCb with plated through holes, and silk and solder masks. The minimum board size is 1 sqaure inch. This means that if you have a tiny board, you could spend as little as $12.50. I don't know how big your boards are, but are you still sure you can't afford it?
