You will also need to ensure that the folder where MPLAB has been installed is fully-controlable by the user. --- Notice they say 7.10, although I specifically said 7.30 in my support query. I have no idea how to accomplish the steps they suggest. I also have the impression that only one user on the machine will be able to use it, even if I can get it to work.
