Is it really 30MB of hard drive? In that case it is a sub-386 machine and you
have to run ancient Linux distribution.

If it is 30GB, then you have hope to run more modern Linux distribution.
What is the configuration of your PC (CPU/Memory/Hdd/display card/...)?
