Noting that I've just about done this a couple of times, I wonder if
it'd be reasonable to simply bounce messages whose subject line starts
with OFFLIST or "(\S*:)?\s*OFFLIST", for that matter?  That's the
second thing I thought while reading the message (the first was "Why
is James emailing me offlist" and the third was "yeah, oil and
everything involved with it sucks"). :)
