This is what i wanted to ask you now guys but you guessed it :) So after all a simple 2N2222 to drive the mosfet might be the answer for my simple project. The absolute maximum of Vgs is 20v so 7.2v (my maximum Vcc) is quite ok and from the graphs in datasheet for this voltage applied to the gate i get maximum transfer :) Great ! Now i am really happy. You piclist guys are the best Thank you Dumitru Stama MRJ> If you have no logic level MOSFETs handy, you could add a simple NPN bipolar transistor to drive the MOSFET's gate from the motor supply. However, be carefull not to exceed the maximum MRJ> allowable voltage on the gate (Vgs(max)). If the motor supply voltage is higher than this then use e.g. a zener to clamp it.
