Hi guys Thank you all for helping/answering me. I will try swaping the source and drain and test again mosfet. My motor eats up about 12 Amps at normal load and almost 80 Amps when starting or holding the rotor. This is why i tried to use this IRF but as you guys told me maybe i will have to use a logic level mosfet for this. Do you have any suggestions ? I can give you my list with what i have : http://electronica.asm.ro/ This is my whole library of components (what i own at home). Down there are the mosfets. Thank you again Dumitru Stama PS. I am still learning electronics, please go easy on me VS> Dumitre, VS> IRF540 it's an N channel mosfet... VS> So, driving voltage it's Vgs. VS> You have the load in the source instead of drain. VS> Move it between drain to +Vcc and connect source to ground. VS> And read datasheet carafully before connecting everything.
