Would you be interested in the Mk.II version with USB interface, 66MHz acquisition rate and open-source drivers? In theory I could get it up to 100MHz, but only with a fast SRAM. I'll guarantee it to 66MHz, but with a 10ns RAM it should do 100, or maybe a bit more if you violate the specs a bit. The real hard part would be the active pod, but even that's not 100% necessary. Only thing is it uses a CPLD for the acquisition stuff, but they're $10 a piece in 25-off and programmable with a $5 JTAG pod. In theory you could even dispense with the buffer chip and make the pod out of an old printer cable :) -- Phil. | Kitsune: Acorn RiscPC SA202 64M+6G ViewFinder philpem@dsl.pipex.com | Cheetah: Athlon64 3200+ A8VDeluxeV2 512M+100G http://www.philpem.me.uk/ | Tiger: Toshiba SatPro4600 Celeron700 256M+40G -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
