I don't understand why I would want to setup a web portal at home. I can get to piclist.com at work, its the digest email that I'm not getting. So I was hoping that the digest was accesible somewhere on the piclist website - so far it appears not. (I also subscribe to the digest at my home email account. That's how I was able to see the responses above.)
