Would you try a satellite manouevre during a solar eclipse ? Knowing
that you'd have no power ? It seems incredible to me that techs would
be so reckless. Or ignorant. The world over, makers of little cardboard
eclipse-viewing spectacles knew of an impending eclipse, yet satellite
managers didn't ?
