I get indeed some more lines here, so judge for yourself the state of 
your mental health ;-)

BTW I just released xwisp2 1.8.3 a few days ago (I announced it in the 
GNUPIC mailing list).

I just successfully programmed an 18F2550.

In the meantime I found some small specification errors and some 
'forgotten' PICmicros.  I'll send you the newest xwisp2_16.cfg separately.

Well, I was a little surprised that it didn't work, since I had tested 
with a similar device. So 'why not' would be more appropriate...
