I appreciate that, when asking a question, finding the right balance
between "not enough" and "too much" information is made easier
with experience. "too much" might get the odd complaint but it's a
better starting point than playing 20 Questions with the enquirer
and wheedling the REAL question out of them bit by bit. Which I
haven't usually time for
