How do you read the list? There are many ways to read it: individual emails
directly from the list server, digests from the list server, emails from a
web forum that reflects the list, online through a web forum that reflects
the list, as a newsgroup through a email-to-news gateway, ...

What program do you use (Microsoft Outlook maybe)?

Is it the same with all messages, or is it different depending on the post
you're replying to?
