Assume for the moment that I want to read a chip (a 16F84A in  this 
case) that I got from a miscellaneous source, and which I know has been 
programmed.  If the programmer made it code-protected, will the ICD2 
report that?  Or will it just fail to read it with no message as to 
why?  In other words, how does one tell if a chip is code protected or 
not?  (This is just curiosity -- no evil motives whatsoever.  :-)
